Liturgy of the Hours

The Catholic Church has a list of seven readings, hymns, and prayers you can say everyday. These consist of Lauds, Terce, Sext, None, Office of Readings, Vespers, and Compline. You can also recite the Rosary, as well as the Stations of the Cross throughout the day, or say any remaining prayers.

Here’s my schedule for these prayers! Feel free to share your own! 🙂

All Days but Sunday:

  • 6:00 am – Office of Readings
  • 8:00 am – Lauds
  • 9:00 am – Rosary
  • 10:00 am – Terce
  • 12:00 pm – Sext
  • 3:00 pm – None
  • 4:00 pm – Stations of the Cross
  • 5:00 pm – Vespers
  • 8:00 pm – Compline

Sunday:

  • 6:00 am – Office of Readings
  • 8:00 am – Lauds
  • 9:00 am – Rosary
  • 10:00 am – Terce
  • 12:00 pm – Mass
  • 2: pm – Sext
  • 3:00 pm – None
  • 4:00 pm – Stations of the Cross
